Chaplin pt.1
Something about silent cinema, particularly Chaplin's pathos, makes my knees wobble. There is something about that smile before the fade out and the swell of the music. I don't think I've ever seen anyone smile like Chaplin does at the very end of City Lights, but I hope one day I do.
